Health reports are paused for a safety review
We found errors in our interpretation rules. Previous health findings and personalized AI answers may be incorrect, including reassuring results. Please do not use them to make medical or medication decisions. If a result concerns you, discuss it with a qualified healthcare professional.
If you changed a medication or another part of your care because of an earlier DNA Explore result, contact the prescribing clinician or a pharmacist before making another change.
Health and trait interpretations, Ask My DNA, AI reports and new purchases are unavailable. You can still browse the raw entries in your file. A missing entry does not rule out a condition.
To open a different file, use Clear data in the raw-data browser first.
Already paid? Your purchase record has not been removed. Restore your purchase remains available, but does not unlock paused features.
For help with your purchase or a refund request, email legal@dnaexplore.ai. Please do not attach your DNA file.
Close or reload any older DNA Explore tabs. Any report, printout, or screenshot you previously saved is unchanged. Interpretations will remain unavailable unless each restored finding passes qualified independent review. There is no scheduled restoration date.

Your selected file is read in this browser. DNA Explore saves the parsed entries in this browser's IndexedDB so they remain available after a refresh. DNA Explore does not separately encrypt that browser-local record. Do not use a shared or public device.
Use Clear data to remove DNA Explore's saved parsed copy from this browser profile. The current release does not send genome or variant data to an AI provider.
Currently supports four-column 23andMe-style text, CSV and TSV files. ZIP files and five-column AncestryDNA files are not supported in this safety release.
